## Recipients

Your data is intended solely for THEMA TRANS teams. It is hosted by our service provider HubSpot (CRM, website and emails), which acts as a data processor and stores data in its European data centre. We never sell or rent your data.

## Transfers outside the European Union

Some service providers, including HubSpot, may access data from the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

## Cookies
