THEMA TRANS was founded in January 1997 by Thesa SEGATTI, and was joined in 2003 by Christian WEBER.

Drawing on their experience in international transport companies, they identified two major gaps in the market.

On the one hand, although large transport groups had multimodal capabilities, they were not offering the full range of solutions truly adapted to clients’ needs, at a time when demand for expertise, flexibility, and cost efficiency was rapidly increasing.
On the other hand, most companies, regardless of size, did not have the time or internal resources to address the complex and time-consuming issues involved in optimizing and improving their supply chains.

One need emerged clearly: expert support capable of recommending existing or tailor-made solutions and providing continuous guidance from analysis to implementation, so that logistics operations could evolve, improve, and create lasting value.
